The adventure trail leads up the Kreuzberg, Hausach's local mountain, and to the 800-year-old Husen castle ruins with wonderful views of the town and the Kinzig valley. The adventure trail comprises 20 play stations over a length of 2.4 kilometres and encourages children to run, hop, balance, jump, crawl and crawl.
Children can let off steam and show off their skills at the stations. There is a palisade run and an earth tunnel, an Indian ladder, water games by the stream, a tree house and the popular, colourful snake for balancing. And who can throw the cone the furthest with the cone sling?
The Junges Hausach group only used natural materials for the stations: Wood, sand, gravel.
A barbecue hut is integrated. From here, a short detour to the Kreuzberg chapel with a marvellous view of the Kinzig valley is worthwhile.
