Here, all lovers of wine and culture get their money's worth: you can enjoy the wine in a contemporary ambience where it grows, namely in the middle of the vineyard on the Enselberg with a magnificent panorama of neighbouring Burkheim and the Vosges mountains in Alsace. In the vinotheque and on the adjoining terrace, the high-quality Abril wines made from organically grown grapes can be savoured with particular pleasure.
The range of varieties primarily includes Burgundy grape varieties as well as Scheurebe, Blauer Sylvaner and Muskateller. The range also includes excellent crémants.
