Arbeitskreis Tourismus Wiernsheim

The tourism working group was set up in autumn 2008. It is made up of citizens who are committed to the tourist and cultural development of the municipality in their free time. They contribute their local and historical knowledge and expertise. Larger projects, such as the pedestrian guidance system and the historical house signage, were developed and implemented by the working group. In the past, they have been on hand at major trade fairs such as the Stuttgart CMT, the Pforzheim "MomenTour" and the "Saa-Lor-Lux Tourism Exchange" to answer people's questions about Wiernsheim. In February 2016, the working group received the positive decision on the LEADER funding for the "Wiernsheim Tourism and Culture Project 2021". This involves various tourism and cultural components that will be implemented by 2021.
The working group meets once a month and everyone is invited to participate in this working group.
