Beschreibung

A unique trail profile that gives you the feeling of walking on clouds. You can enjoy a magnificent view from the 22.5 metre long silver fir bench. The lovingly designed drinks stations and the many sky benches invite you to take a short break. The Himmelssteig starts at the outdoor pool in Bad Peterstal. From there it goes up to the Himmelsbar.

It is worth taking a refreshing break at the Holchen waterfall before climbing the steep section to the Himmelsfelsen rock. Past the palm spring, there are opportunities to rest with beautiful views. After a few kilometres, the outdoor pool can be seen along natural paths and the hiking portal is not far away.

The Himmelssteig, part of the Black Forest Hiking Symphony, was voted "Germany's most beautiful hiking trail 2017" by "Wandermagazin".
