The staff at the visitor centre look forward to welcoming their guests 362 days a year. They are happy to provide comprehensive advice on the many holiday options available on the Kniebis, along the Black Forest High Road and throughout the Black Forest. You will find information on this in more than 350 flyers. You will see - there is no such thing as boredom here.

But you can also get hiking, cycling and cross-country skiing maps from us. And of course souvenirs.
We also have tickets for most events in the "Ländle".
We will be happy to help you find suitable accommodation and public transport so that you can enjoy your Konus Card to the full.
You can charge your e-bike batteries free of charge at the visitor centre. There are two Panasonic battery charging stations or a power source for your own chargers.
And then we're there if something goes wrong - we'll call you a taxi, have plasters for your blisters, fill your water bottles, lend you an umbrella, we can even help out with a forgotten nappy. And of course your dog will get fresh water from us.
