Diversity enriches and creates individuality - we have always made this approach our own aspiration and philosophy. Conventional and organic cultivation are not an either-or decision for us - we value and cultivate both. Because we enjoy constantly expanding our experience and because we believe that thinking in different directions generates healthy growth. As pioneers in the immediate vicinity, we have made purely organic viticulture a priority and implemented it in our vines and cellar: since spring/summer 2017, 4 bottlings with the organic label have enriched our range.
Three generations now cultivate and care for 10 hectares of vines, which produce the hand-picked grapes for our characterful red wines, white wines and sparkling wines. The aromatic fruit and juicy fruit from 4 hectares of strawberry fields and 2.5 hectares of orchards are sold sun-ripened or refined into full-flavoured brandies and distillates in our farm shop.
