We are a small game manufactory specialising in the processing and refinement of game in the heart of the beautiful Black Forest (Hotzenwald). With modern craftsmanship, tradition and a lot of love we produce all our products ourselves.

The Blackforest Butchery is a young, dynamic and motivated master company with great attention to detail. Our game comes from hunters and forestry offices in the Schluchsee and St. Blasien area.

In addition to game, we also offer beef, pork and veal products. We are also proud to offer our products as a catering service and for special game-themed events.
