One of my specialities is the "Moospfaffkugel", a nut-nougat truffle named after the "Moospfaff", a legendary figure from our region.
I also offer the praline selection "Nordracher Obstbrenner-Weg". I use liqueurs and schnapps from local fruit distillers.
A chocolate tasting in our Moospfaffstube with its small museum is a very special experience.
