Wegbeschreibung
The longing to lose oneself in the silence of the forest …
The Teinachtal enchants with its dreamlike location and a variety of attractive highlights in the midst of the Black Forest Central/North Nature Park. The hiking trail Doinich Ursprung Neubulach is ideal for all who want to indulge in the beauty of the untouched landscape on natural paths.
One thing we can reveal already:
The circular route "Doinich-Ursprung Neubulach" has it all and delivers what it promises.
The "Doinich" – as the locals affectionately call their romantic little river, the Teinach, which winds through the valleys of the Teinachtal. Its soothing babble accompanies the lover of untouched nature on the circular route and provides a welcome refreshment along the way, especially for the little ones in summer. Equipped with good footwear and some provisions, the tour starts at the hiking car park Teufelsbrücke. Here you encounter for the first time the charming main character and namesake of the route. Curious about the surprises the path holds, you follow it into the historic little town of Bad Teinach. On the wonderfully cool forest path, partly along the premium hiking trail "Der Teinacher", you can first let yourself be enchanted by the rough and picturesque beauty of nature. A true delight for the senses – and also for your fitness.
Now it is time to prepare for the ascent to the mighty Beilfelsen. The steep steps make your heart beat faster, in every sense. It surely beats fastest when, after the ascent, the view from the majestic Beilfelsen sweeps over the Teinachtal. From this height, new and breathtakingly beautiful perspectives open up spectacularly. After extended moments of finest nature enjoyment, the path leads harmoniously through the shade-giving forest up to Liebelsberg. A stop at the Campingstüble Athos rewards the exertion of the climb and provides new energy.
The tour then continues. The most beautiful thing dabei: On the narrow paths you occasionally cross somewhat wider paths and all the more enjoy being able to follow the fairy-tale paths over stones, roots, and pine cones. The path’s edge is lined with wild bushes, green ferns, various types of mushrooms, and lush grasses. Deciduous and fir forests alternate with sunlit clearings. A small resting place in a prominent location invites you to let your eyes feast for a few moments on the enchanting symbiosis of deep green treetops and the rich blue of the sky. The lively rustling of the "Doinich" gives a sonorous note to the peaceful silence in the leaf forest with its dense tree crowns. As if eagerly awaited, the deep bellowing of stags and occasionally the shrill cries of some peacocks sound from afar. In the extensive game enclosure at the traditional and secluded Black Forest farmhouse, the Lautenbachhof, young deer and stately stags look up to the ramp from where you can watch the animals grazing and frolicking. If you are traveling with children, good arguments are needed to continue through the cool forest section toward the starting point. Packed full of impressions of a landscape that resembles a fantastic fairy tale, you return after about 4.5 hours and almost 12 kilometers, inspired, to the starting point and look forward to more fantastic experiences in the hiking and wellness region Teinachtal.
Ausrüstung
The path is demanding, good and sturdy footwear is therefore strongly recommended.
Sicherheitshinweise
The best hiking season is April to October, although the trails can be slippery all year round when wet.
