At the start point Münstertal train station we have the Belchen (1414m) in sight. But initially we leave the Black Forest and gently roll into the Rhine Plain. Before that, we still touch the Markgräflerland. In view are many seasonal wine taverns and vintners' farms, but anyone already longing for a break here should better not do the rest. Because don't worry - eventually it also goes uphill, and sharply. We head south and let our eyes wander to the Black Forest backdrop. The mountains line up like pearls on a string: Hochblauen, Köhlgarten, Sirnitz and Belchen. And somewhere in between we will soon ride a proper pass. Beforehand, we go through Müllheim and Badenweiler. Then we follow the Klemmbach up to Kreuzweg - our Black Forest pass at an altitude of 1071m. Flying back into the Münstertal we pass through a wild-romantic side valley with a view of the west flank of the Belchen.

Wegbeschreibung
This bike route takes us from Münstertal train station along the bike path to Staufen, where we turn left onto Wettelbrunner Straße. After leaving the village, we turn right and take the bike path to Gallenweiler. Then we continue through Tunsel, Schlatt, Bremgarten, Grißheim. At Grißheim we turn left and pass the potash settlement on the way to Buggingen.
We reach Hügelheim, where we ride a short stretch along the B3 to Müllheim and from there continue steadily uphill on the bike path towards Niederweiler, Oberweiler. Here you can refill bottles and, if you want, make a detour to Badenweiler to the bike café Velo-Station.
From Oberweiler the incline gets steeper until we reach Sirnitz. Time and again, fantastic panoramic views open up. At Kreuzweg, be sure to stop and take a photo. From here it is all downhill. At Haldenhof, we turn down into the Münstertal. Attention, steep and watch out for oncoming traffic. We keep to the left at the main road at the bottom and the station is already in sight.
