The Skifernwanderweg leads from Herrenwies along the Black Forest High Road for 50 kilometres to Freeudenstadt. It can be walked in both directions and is signposted. There are numerous circular trails along the Skifernwanderweg, which is characterised by its uniqueness with magnificent views of the Rhine Valley and considerable differences in altitude to overcome. A dream for every classic cross-country skier.
