In 2004, the Bermersbach local history association built a small foam mill with a wood-fired oven next to it.

The local history association wants to keep the tradition alive with this facility. There were several mills and many private ovens in Bermersbach, most of which have now disappeared. The inside of the mill can be visited by appointment. It is a foam mill that is operated electrically. The outside area is open to the public and is also used by the association for events.
