The "Zum Gscheid" inn is one of the few authentic bourgeois inns

bourgeois inns, which are unfortunately becoming increasingly rare in the southern Black Forest.

The inn is located directly on the Kandelhöhenweg and forms the watershed between Elztal and Freiamt, from which the name is derived. The cosy restaurant is lovingly decorated to match the season. In summer, the garden restaurant offers airy shade under fir and chestnut trees and a wonderful view of the valley.
