We offer fresh cuisine with regional ingredients from early morning to evening: the day starts with a varied breakfast (7:30-10:30 am), from 12 noon to 5 pm you can savour our changing lunch menu or the classic menu with schnitzel and rösti, in the evening we also offer gourmet dishes in addition to the classic dishes of the region.
As Nature Park Restaurants, we not only emphasise the special features of the southern Black Forest by using regional products, but also specifically support the local farmers. By cultivating the land, they preserve the varied diversity and uniqueness of the landscape.
The cooperation between the producers, the restaurateurs and ultimately the guests offers advantages for everyone: the farmers' income is secured, the quality of the produce is high, nature is preserved and the transport routes are short, which protects the environment. According to the formula: "Highest quality and landscape conservation with knife and fork".
The strict certification criteria are reviewed annually and it goes without saying that we cook seasonally and regionally as far as possible and do not use any artificial flavour enhancers or "powders".
