Glass Art in Altglashütten

The Feldberg district of Altglashütten was founded by glassmakers in 1634. They produced glass here until 1706. Since 1982, the glassblower Peter Eckhardt has been running his glassblowing workshop here. With his passion for craftsmanship, he creates unique works of art with the motto “unique glassware from the Black Forest”. During opening hours, everyone can watch him perform his handicraft free of charge.
