The products in the Grether farm shop in Häg-Ehrsberg are from our own production: home-made pasta (including pure spelt pasta), farmhouse bread & yeast plaits, sterilised vegetables, home-made liqueurs, seasonal vegetables and much more. Thursday is yeast plait day.

Our landscape conservationists include sheep and goats. Free-range chickens.
