The cuisine at the Hotel Hirsch has been famous for many decades. We
are now the 8th generation to run the hotel, and of course a lot has changed
much has changed over the years. But we still feel committed to the
down-to-earth Swabian-Baden cuisine.
What the Black Forest has to offer and sometimes also neighbouring Alsace
finds its way into our cuisine. We offer light meals, light diets,
and vegetarian dishes. We only use regional products.

As the seasons change, we also offer a variety of dishes. Numerous variations of Swabian Maultaschen, of course from our own production, will make your mouth water and are followed by asparagus weeks, as we obtain the fine vegetables fresh daily from the neighbouring Baden region. Accompanied by our fine Black Forest ham specialities and a sparkling Riesling from the Ortenau region.
