Trimmel, Läuferstein and Bodenstein - and everything that belongs to the use of a functioning Black Forest grinding mill can be found in the "Mooswaldmühle" in the Lauterbach district of Sulzbach. This is also laid down in the oldest Lauterbach grinding letter from 1657. It is also one of the highest grinding mills in the Black Forest. However, not only the mill itself, but also the marvellous surroundings of the Sulzbachtal nature reserve, in which it is nestled, is a gem.
The mill is freely accessible all year round.
The mill is only open for guided tours, on Whit Monday and as part of the summer holiday programme.
