Would you like to experience the museum online, find out more about the Swabian-Alemannic carnival and get to know the "Elzacher Schuttig"? Then take a look at the video: Video Museum Elzach
The Elzach Museum is known to many older Elzach residents as the "old town hall". In the 17th century, the former arcade vault on the ground floor served as a court and market place and was thus the political and economic centre of the small town.
The collection contains evidence of Elzach's town history, as well as numerous exhibits on everyday culture that bear witness to the living and working habits of earlier generations. The Elzach carnival also finds its rightful place on the premises. A library invites visitors and those interested to browse and linger.
