On this tour, you will experience an unrivalled variety of landscapes in one day. From the starting point at Neuenburg town hall, you first walk through the historic Rhine floodplain along the so-called Hochgestad, a ridge that marks the post-glacial boundary to the actual floodplain. From Grießheim, the route turns eastwards towards the majestic backdrop of the Black Forest. Heitersheim with its Roman villa beckons you to make a pit stop before entering the widely ramified Münstertal valley. The next mythical place awaits you there with the St Trudpert monastery. Fortify yourself once again, because now the route takes you via the Münsterhalden district up to the Sirnitz - pure Black Forest life! The rest is a shot ride through the wild and romantic Klemmbach valley to Badenweiler and from there via Müllheim tamely through the Rhine plain back to the starting point.
