Dogs are allowed at the campsite, but should be kept on a lead on arrival as there may be other dogs belonging to the hosts or horse owners on site.

There are numerous hiking, cycling and MTB tours in the immediate vicinity. The Black Forest gourmet trail and premium hiking trail Hotzenpfad can be reached in 2 km.
