After my 18-year career as a trained brewer, the desire to brew beers not just according to specifications gradually grew, to be more creative, more spontaneous.
So in the beginning, hobby brewing was the obvious way out - fruit beers, international beer styles, ingredients from all over the world and from the local garden found their way into my kettles.
Even then, the greatest thing for me as a brewer and craftsman was when my work and its results were praised and recognised.
This praise also gave me the motivation to officially sell my beer and thus live a little creativity. The foundation stone for the planning was thus laid.
I made it my mission not only to brew good and varied beers, but also to bring the entire diversity of the beer world closer to the people here. As I want to organise and communicate this in a particularly professional way, training to become a qualified beer sommelier in spring 2020 was the perfect addition to my wealth of experience.
