Snowshoe tours
Complete silence, only the soft crunching of the snow accompanies snowshoe hikers in the winter landscape around Bad Herrenalb. They were often used in the Black Forest in the past: snowshoes. They enabled farmers, foresters and hunters to walk safely in deep snow. The wooden models of yesteryear have had their day - new lightweight snowshoes allow for circulation-stimulating training in winter and a special kind of landscape experience in the area around Bad Herrenalb!
Snowshoe tours with the Adventure World Outdoor Centre
Guided snowshoe hikes can be booked at AdventureWorld. The tours take place when there is enough snow around Bad Herrenalb. If you want to go on your own, you can also hire snowshoes from AdventureWorld/Albtal-Arena at Schwimmbadstraße 29, Bad Herrenalb. Only while stocks last - so it's best to book in advance.
