The approximately 3.5 kilometer long spa and healing trail starts at the outdoor pool parking lot on Liebenzeller Straße and includes a total of eight stations in the Förteltal with the following themes: "Introduction to Forest Bathing - Shinrin Yoku," "Seeing-hearing-feeling nature," "Decelerating and perceiving," "Feeling the forest floor," "Breathing exercises - and smelling ...," "Recharging energy - and thanking nature," "Water therapy according to Dr. Sebastian Kneipp," and "Nature yoga and relaxation."
