The life path is marked separately. It initially ascends southward from the monastery and crosses the Kaltwasser valley below the Prior rock at mid-height. Then it turns north and reaches the pasture area above the Heinehof. The return route follows the source stream of the Möhlin and passes through the village of St. Ulrich.
