At 7° 41' 32.4'' and 47° 31' 56.5'', there is a sign for hikers and interested parties with the inscription "Baden-Württemberg's southernmost point". Both the southernmost point of land and the southernmost point on the border of the federal state are located in the Grenzach-Wyhlen district and were commemorated on the occasion of Baden-Württemberg's 60th birthday.
Shady trees line the entire bank of the Rhine from the Dinkelbergblick viewpoint to the Grenzach open-air swimming pool. Various natural spots invite visitors to discover the Rhine and refresh themselves in the water in summer. The southernmost point of the town sign can of course also be found via gps, perhaps there is a geocache nearby.
