Weilheim: Zur schönen Aussicht Weg

Once you have reached the Gupfen (Bannholz's small local mountain), you will have a fantastic view of the Rhine plain, the Hotzenwald and, of course, the Black Forest. In good weather, you have a spectacular view of the Swiss Alps.

Don't miss the opportunity to visit the ostriches and Highland cattle and admire their beauty up close. The ostrich farm is located directly on this hiking trail. These majestic animals are a mesmerising sight and can create a special atmosphere. In spring, when the temperatures warm up, the little ostriches hatch and you can observe them up close. The adjoining farm shop offers local produce and many treats from the farm's own bakery.
The landscape and wildlife make this hike an unforgettable experience. The trail can also be explored with your own four-legged friend.
