The Weinhotel Pfeffer & Salz is home to our in-house restaurant. On our à la carte menu you will find a variety of seasonal dishes with high-quality products from our region. In our family-run kitchen, you will not only enjoy classic Baden dishes, but also discover refined international influences. The dishes are accompanied by wines from Simon Huber's own winery.
The specialities in our restaurant are the 3-course Kuckucks surprise menu, as well as the in-house wines in combination with our cuisine in the 4-course vintner surprise menu with/without wine accompaniment.
