The perfect holiday: Freiburg
Not only is Freiburg Germany’s greenest city, but it also has the most hours of sunshine in the nation! Nestled among woodlands and vineyards, Freiburg city centre is perfect for leisure, with highlights like the city garden, as well as the Schlossberg (Castle Mountain) and its Canon Square viewpoint. But it doesn’t stop there – Freiburg has so much more to offer - making it ideal for a day trip or a longer stay.
Southern light, warm temperatures, Mediterranean flora, lively squares, long nights – words that could be used to describe Tuscany… or Freiburg im Breisgau.
