Brauerei Pfaffenberger Hofbräu

Since 2021, we have been running a microbrewery on a farm in Pfaffenberg, a district of Zell im Wiesental. Naturally out of a desire and passion for and for brewing beer. We started in 2019 as a hobby. And now we continue to run it as a sideline, mainly for the fun of brewing beer and with the aim of enriching beer culture a little.

Our Pfaffenberger Hofbräu brewery produces small quantities of craft naturally cloudy Landbier and other speciality beers such as Granitbock, IPA,... .
