Products
Our own produce ranges from tomatoes and courgettes to cauliflower, carrots, fennel, broccoli, lettuce, cabbage and pumpkins, Jerusalem artichokes and potatoes. Our herb garden provides you and us with wonderful flavours. Many of our products find their place in sweet and sour pickles, spreads, chutneys and pestos.
As a special treat, we offer mushrooms from our own mushroom farm and duck eggs, which have almost disappeared from the market today, as an extra speciality.
Fresh fruit such as apples and pears, redcurrants, cherries and raspberries round off our offer.
Thirst is not neglected either. We process the fruit from our orchards into delicious apple juice and apple-pear juice.
