Circular hike to the Riesenbühl Tower

We hike from the centre of Schluchsee on a narrow, somewhat challenging path up to the Riesenbühl tower. The ascent is rewarded with a magnificent view of Lake Schluchsee and the surrounding landscape. If the weather is good, we may even catch a glimpse of the Alps. At the foot of the Riesenbühl tower, a small rest area invites you to linger.

After admiring the view and taking a short break, we walk along wide forest paths through the woods down to the local sports field and from there back to the village centre.
