The angular hook-shaped town church, featuring two towers, can be seen from afar and gives the town silhouette of Freudenstadt a very specific image. It is located in the southwest corner of the market square.

Description
The protestant church was built from 1601 to 1608 and features various stylistic elements. Worth seeing are the Romanesque lectern, the baptismal font and a very special Gothic crucifix.
From May 2019, the town church was completely renovated inside and therefore remained closed until May 2021.
