Kreuzfelsen und Rabenfelsen

Two rocks rise imposingly out of the forest on a mountain slope above Lauterbach town hall - the Kreuzfelsen and the Rabenfelsen. There is a small viewing pavilion on the Rabenfelsen. Those who dare to make the steep climb up a small, idyllic path will be rewarded with a marvellous view over Lauterbach.

Both rocks consist of what is known as Triberg granite. At one point, the granite is interspersed with a granite pothole. The top of both rocks can be reached on hiking trails.
