Many holiday guests and locals have been coming here for over 20 years and appreciate the hospitality and the Markgräfler way of life that you can experience in the Straußi.

A "real" Straußwirtschaft is associated with the serving of home-made wine and may be open for four months of the year. We serve our guests in spring during the asparagus season and in autumn during the grape harvest.
Männlins Straußi in Bamlach is still one of the few ostriches in the southern Black Forest, in the Markgräflerland.
