Tradition for over 125 years
In 1884, Christian Dosenbach realised a dream: he set up his own butcher's shop, laying the foundations for a tradition that has lasted well over a century.
The following generations diligently ran the family business, expanding, building and creating the finest sausage recipes, some of which are still in use today.
In 1980, Manfred and Ursel Dosenbach founded Dosenbach GmbH and are now the fifth generation to run the traditional family business with their two sons. Patric as master butcher and business economist in the sales organisation and master butcher Christoph as production manager are firmly involved and provide new impetus with new and modern ideas.
