The tour starts at the Gutenhöhe hiking car park. Right from the start, the trail offers marvellous views to the north-west of the table mountains of the northern Black Forest.
The Paradise Tour shows us the Black Forest from its most beautiful side: typical Black Forest farms, some with their own chapels, accompany your hike on the high plateau near Schönwald, which is around 1000 metres above sea level. A relic from earlier times, the former bobsleigh run, recalls the glorious moments of one of Germany's first winter sports resorts, as stated in the press release for the award. Germany's highest waterfalls are also very close to the quality trail.
With a total length of 8.6 kilometres and an elevation gain of around 220 metres, the tour can easily be completed in half a day.
