Rickenbach parish church
Built between 1838 and 1842, the Catholic church of St. Gordian and Epimach at Rickenbach is the heart of a parish whose roots stretch back to the Middle Ages. With its peerless glass windows and modern choir, the church ranks as a major religious artwork for the southwest of Germany. Of particular importance are the stridently coloured windows depicting scenes from the Old and New Testaments.
