Ecology
We cultivate our 12 hectares of vineyards according to ecological principles.
- Grasses and herbs are mown and cultivated.
- Clover and vetches are sown to green the soil.
In this way, biodiversity is increased and the nutrients present in the soil and air are made available to plants.
Thanks to the diversity of species, the ecosystem largely regulates itself. Should pests nevertheless get out of hand, only targeted and environmentally friendly plant protection measures are carried out. Shoot, leaf and grape corrections are very labour-intensive measures, but nature thanks us with fantastic wines.
