To ensure that these high quality targets are met, the quality manager accompanies the winegrowers throughout the entire vegetation period to limit the yield to 60 kg/ar. He personally monitors the yield reduction. Each vineyard is recorded individually and the quality of the grapes assessed. Only the very best grapes are used for our selection and barrique wines.
The Königschaffhausen-Kiechlinsbergen winegrowers' cooperative currently has 650 members. They cultivate 330 hectares of vineyards in very good locations. The grapes produced from this are processed by the cellar team into outstanding wines and successfully marketed by the management and sales team.
